For Guests Requiring Special Arrangements for Food Allergies
At Kusatsu Onsen Yorokobi no Yado Takamatsu, we strive to ensure that guests with food allergies can enjoy their meals with peace of mind. We kindly ask guests with food allergies to inform us at the time of reservation. Requests received in advance will be shared among our staff, and we will make every effort to accommodate them within the limits of what is possible.
For accurate arrangements, we request that you complete the “Food Allergy Information Form” available on our official website and submit it to us by fax or email.
Please note that due to the limitations of our kitchen facilities, it is not possible to completely eliminate all allergens. We are therefore unable to guarantee meals that are 100% allergen-free. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Important Notes Regarding Food Allergy Support
Our basic policy is to prioritize the safety of our guests when providing meals to those with food allergies.

We respond to the 28 specified allergens, which include:
- 8 Specific Ingredients: Egg, Milk, Wheat, Shrimp, Crab, Buckwheat, Peanut, Walnut
- 20 Additional Ingredients: Beef, Chicken, Pork, Abalone, Squid, Salmon Roe, Salmon, Mackerel, Sesame, Soybean, Yam, Kiwi, Gelatin, Apple, Peach, Banana, Orange, Cashew Nuts, Almond, Macadamia Nuts
※ The indication of allergens refers only to ingredients used in our dishes. It does not guarantee that other allergens are completely absent.
Additional Precautions
- Requests for allergy-friendly meals cannot always be accommodated on the day of arrival. Please inform us in advance.
- For guests with severe or multiple allergies, we may, for safety reasons, refrain from providing meals.
- In cases where we are unable to prepare an allergy-friendly meal, guests may bring their own food. Please notify us in advance.
- All meals are prepared in the same kitchen, and there is a possibility of trace allergen contamination during the cooking process.
- Information on ingredients is based on details provided by the manufacturers; however, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergen contamination during manufacturing.
- Please note that for Breakfast [Buffet], we do not provide a “low-allergen menu.” Instead, we display information regarding the presence of the 8 specified allergenic ingredients.We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- For guests with allergies to any of the 28 specified ingredients who wish to have a regular meal, we are able to inform you at the time of service if the dish contains the ingredient itself.
However, please note that we are unable to provide detailed information regarding processed foods, broths, or trace ingredients, and we cannot accommodate requests to prevent cross-contamination.
